Returns & Refund Policy

  • What can i return?
    A return will be processed only if:
    1) The product is different from your order;
    2) The product is returned in original condition;
    3) The product is received defective and determined that it was not altered while in your possession.
  • Can i return my item for a replacement?
    You may return your purchase within 7 days window and we will provide a replacement to you once the return is successfully returned.
  • How do i return an item?
    You may visit our retailers for a return or have it mailed back to our office at 1 Cleantech Loop #05-08 Singapore (637141). We will not cover shipping charges for returns but will continue to provide free delivery for replacements or new orders.
  • Removal of Personal Information:
    If you are returning an item where personal information pertaining to you may be saved, you must erase this information completely prior to sending the item back to us. We will not save any information that was not provided to us.
  • Am i eligible for a refund?
    Refunds are dealt with on a case by case basis via Contact Us.
  • How is the refund done?
    Once you have returned your item, a refund will be issued after we receive the item, or after our retailers notifies us the receipt of return. Most refunds are issued based on the payment method used at the time of purchase. It may take up to 5-10 business days depending on bank or payment gateways refund time frame.
  • Return shipping fee refunds
    A return shipping fee of S$10 will be deducted from your refund amount if the return is not the result of an O2genes error or a faulty item. If you return the item to us on your own and the reason for return is the result of an O2genes error or, if we have agreed to bear the return shipping cost, your refund will include up to S$5 in return shipping fees.
