退货和退款政策

对于增加氧气：

1.我可以退货什么？

A return will only be processed if:

产品与您的订单不同；
产品以原始状态退回；
产品收到时有缺陷，并确定在您拥有期间未曾更改过

2. 我可以退货换货吗？

如上所述，退货是根据具体情况授予的。您可以在 7 天内退货，一旦退货成功，我们将为您提供换货服务。

3. 如何退货？

对于 Shopee/Lazada/Amazon 上的订单，请遵循相应平台的退货政策。对于直接在网站上订购的产品，请保留原包装，我们的团队将协助您办理退货和退款。最后，对于从我们的零售店购买的商品，您可以前往零售商处办理退货。

4. 退货运费退款

对于 Boost Oxygen，如果退货不是由于 O2genes 错误或有缺陷的商品造成的，则将从您的退款金额中扣除 5 新元的退货运费。如果您自行将商品退回给我们，并且退货原因是 O2genes 错误造成的，或者我们同意承担退货运费。

对于高压氧舱：

1. 租赁期限的变更：

客户承认并同意，本协议中规定的租赁日期是固定的，未经双方明确书面同意，不得更改或变更。租赁期一旦开始，应在本协议规定的期限内持续有效。任何更改租赁日期的请求必须以书面形式提出，并在原定租赁开始日期之前至少 7 个工作日提交给提供商考虑。提供商保留自行决定接受或拒绝任何此类请求的权利。如果提供商批准更改日期的例外情况，客户将需要支付额外的安装和拆除费用。任何加急安装或拆除服务的请求也将产生额外费用。客户理解，未经事先批准而未能遵守指定的租赁日期可能会导致额外费用、取消租赁或提供者认为适当的其他补救措施。

2. Refunds of Rental Fees:

By default, we do not offer refunds for purchases or services that have been confirmed and agreed upon. In the event of exceptional circumstances, refunds may be granted on a case-by-case basis. The company is not obliged to offer a refund for any transaction. Due to the resources rendered to facilitate the refund, there may be a service fee or penalty fee imposted for the refund.

3. 保证金退还：

After your Hyperbaric Oxygen Cocoon rental period, after the company have tested and you have successfully returned your item, a refund of the security deposit will be issued, based on the payment method used at the time of purchase, or otherwise as agreed upon by both parties in writing. The processing time of the refund may take up to 5-10 business days or depending on the financial institutions involved.
