Got this for my aunt and she uses it whenever she goes out. She feels better and also more secure with it. Dr Josh was personally present to go through the instructions of use. Thank you Jolene too!

Dr Josh was patient to explain and share more about how the portable oxygen concentrator works. He even tested the oxygen % and patiently answered all my questions I have. Not forgetting how Jolene gave me directions to their place and served me tea when I arrived, I know I am well taken care of and I can trust this beautiful couple for my oxygen needs.
