Soft Cocoon & Hard Cocoon:

Both have 95% Oxygen


Soft Cocoon: 1.4ATA-1.5ATA

Hard Cocoon: up to 2.0ATA.


You can do more sessions and take in more oxygen with a Soft Cocoon at home.


How many sessions is recommened for HBOT?

  • Generally, research studies tend to recommend at least 20-60 sessions in the first hyperbaric cycle for the body to be accustomed and receive the benefits.

  • That is why we recommend a minimum rental period of 2 months at any one time

Who is suitable to use HBOT?

  • Elderly
  • Adults
  • Children

=>  who are able to equalise their ears at a higher pressure

=> who are not afraid of being in confined spaces

Who is NOT suitable to use HBOT?

If you:

  • are pregnant.
  • have untreated Pneumothorax and Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease (COPD)
  • have a history of burst lung.
  • have an implanted electronic medical device such as a pacemaker/automatic
  • implantable cardioverter-defibrillator (AICD).
  • have a history of seizures (fits).
  • have cardiac diseases.
  • have a history of chest surgery.
  • have a history of heart failure.
  • have a history of exposure to or taking medication such as Doxorubicin
  • (Adriamycin), Cisplatin, Disulfiram (Antabuse), Mafenide Acetate (Sulfamylon), or Bleomycin.
  • have a history of severe asthma.
  • have a fear of enclosed space.
  • have a history of ear, nose and throat problems.
  • experienced middle ear barotrauma.
  • have Eustachian Tube Dysfunction.
  • have Emphysema with carbon dioxide retention.
  • have Hyperpyrexia (high fever).
  • have latex allergy.

Difference between Cocoon VS Oxygen Concentrator

  • Cocoons can achieve: Normal oxygen of 95%

  • Key differentiating factor is the PRESSURE in the cocoon.

  • At a higher pressure

    => the oxygen molecules are reduced in size, allowing them to enter the bloodstream.
