Battling constant fatigue, Dr. Josh Lim (PhD) tried everything to reclaim his energy, but nothing worked until he focused on simple, deep breathing. That breakthrough sparked his curiosity, leading him to research mild hyperbaric oxygen therapy (mHBOT) and eventually earn certifications from SHUMEC and the IHA.
In 2017, inspired by overseas experiences and insights from medical experts, Dr. Josh founded O2genes. At his Keong Saik oxygen café, he watched oxygen therapy transform lives firsthand—aiding cancer survivors through chemotherapy recovery and giving exhausted parents the energy to care for their special needs children.
Driven by these powerful moments, Dr. Josh made it his mission to bring the Hyperbaric HBOT cocoon® out of the clinic and into the home, making daily recovery accessible to everyone.
