Due to logistical challenges, the Hard Shell HBOT cocoon® is only available for purchase, not for rent.

Yes. You can customize the exterior and interior colours.

While 1.5 ATA is ideal for general wellness, standard recovery, and boosting cognitive function, the higher 1.99 ATA pressure acts as a high-performance, deep-recovery accelerator. However, if you are more comfortable with lower pressure, you can simply do more sessions to achieve the same optimal results.

Yes, the HBOT cocoon® is fully designed for safe, easy, and independent self-operation.

The oxygen concentrator filters out nitrogen from the ambient room air to deliver a continuous stream of 93%±3% pure oxygen directly into the HBOT cocoon®.

Yes. We provide a comfortable headset. While the HBOT cocoon® itself is pressurized, the ambient air inside sits at a standard 21% to 23% oxygen level. Wearing the headset ensures you are directly breathing the optimized 93%±3% oxygen concentration.

Physically stressed or overworked tissues often experience low oxygen levels. By flooding the body with elevated oxygen, HBOT naturally helps calm the body's pathways and reduces the presence of stress-induced elements.

We incorporated the Soft Shell HBOT cocoon® into a program with 20 participants through a sleep training organization. To maximize the restorative benefits of the HBOT cocoon®, participants also followed healthy sleep hygiene habits, which included avoiding caffeine and turning off electronic screens for one hour before bedtime.

Yes. Instead of flammable oxygen tanks, we use an oxygen compressor, which is non-flammable and requires no refills.

Oxygen toxicity occurs under a combination of high pressure, high oxygen levels, and over a prolonged period of time. For your safety, our HBOT cocoon® products cap sessions at 120 minutes, while our Air-Break Technology introduces brief intervals of regular air to safely prevent oxygen toxicity in our HBOT cocoon®.

To ensure your safety and maximize treatment efficacy, we follow standard hyperbaric safety protocols. Devices powered by alternating current (AC) or lithium-ion batteries, such as phones and laptops, are not allowed inside the HBOT cocoon®. While our entertainment system uses direct current inside the HBOT cocoon®, you can still enjoy video, surf the internet, and listen to music during HBOT.

Personal devices like mobile phones are not engineered for pressurized oxygen environments. The built-in entertainment screen is specifically designed for the HBOT cocoon®. It runs on Direct Current (DC) power, which is converted internally and is significantly safer in a pressurized environment compared to the Alternating Current (AC) supplied by standard wall outlets.

We offer a warranty of up to 2 years. Routine maintenance is scheduled every 3 to 6 months.

Yes, we are able to ship worldwide. Additionally, we also have local service teams across Asia. Please reach out to us for more information.

For Singapore clients: We review your floor plan to ensure manual moving is possible.

For overseas clients: Delivery is handled via sea freight, taking 3 to 4 months from order placement to on-site installation.

We do not offer direct in-house installments, but we can recommend third-party hire-purchase companies that provide financing options. Please note that these are external loans subject to their respective interest rates.

No medical permit or license is required because our HBOT cocoon® products are designated as premium wellness and lifestyle products rather than medical devices. However, our products comply fully with ISO and CE international standards and were engineered by our founder, an expert in the hyperbaric industry.
