The benefits of oxygen wellness has varying experiences depending on the individual and its effects. Often, the benefits of using supplementary oxygen or hyperbaric oxygen depends on what you need oxygen for, what had you done or what are you doing now to roughly gauge how much oxygen you need to supplement. For example, if you had completed strenuous exercises and require oxygen for muscle rejuvenation, hyperbaric oxygen can feed your muscles directly where it needed most. If you are working on an intense project, taking boost oxygen can help you regain alertness and mental clarity; If you are resting or watching a movie, it might simply be a feel good sensation from the aromas boost oxygen contains.

Studies have shown (read more in our learning centre) that supplementary oxygen helps in non-skill based exercises and it improves performance when taken 3-5 deep breaths before the exercise set and another 3-5 breaths after the exercise set for enhanced athletic recovery. Boost Oxygen can also be taken whilst running or cycling long distances or whenever high intensity workouts are performed.
