What is the main difference between 1.5 ATA and 1.99 ATA?
While 1.5 ATA is ideal for general wellness, standard recovery, and boosting cognitive function, the higher 1.99 ATA pressure acts as a high-performance, deep-recovery accelerator. However, if you are more comfortable with lower pressure, you can simply do more sessions to achieve the same optimal results.
I have certain health conditions. Can I still do HBOT?
