Returns and Refunds Policy

For Boost Oxygen

    • What can I return?
      A return will be processed only if:
      1) The product is different from your order;
      2) The product is returned in original condition;
      3) The product is received defective and determined that it was not altered while in your possession.

    • Can I return my item for a replacement?
      Returns are granted on a case-by-case basis as mentioned above. You may return your purchase within 7 days window and we will provide a replacement to you once the return is successfully returned.

    • How do I return an item?
      You may visit any of our retailers for a return. Please let us know in advance prior to heading down.

  • Return shipping fee refunds
    For Boost Oxygen, a return shipping fee of S$10 will be deducted from your refund amount if the return is not the result of an O2genes error or a faulty item. If you return the item to us on your own and the reason for return is the result of an O2genes error or, if we have agreed to bear the return shipping cost, your refund will include up to S$5 in return shipping fees.

For Hyperbaric Cocoons

    • No Date Change: The Client acknowledges and agrees that the rental date specified in this agreement is fixed and cannot be changed or altered without the express written consent of both parties. Once the rental period has commenced, it shall remain in effect for the duration specified in this agreement. Any request for a change of rental date must be made in writing and submitted to the Provider for consideration at least 7 working days prior to the original rental start date. The Provider reserves the right to accept or reject any such requests at their sole discretion. In the event the Provider grants an exception of a change of date, there will be an additional set up and dismantle fee that the client has to incur. Any request for an expedited set up or dismantle service will also incur an additional fee. The Client understands that failure to adhere to the specified rental dates without prior approval may result in additional charges, cancellation of the rental, or other remedies as deemed appropriate by the Provider.
    • Removal of Personal Information:
      If you are returning an item where personal information pertaining to you may be saved, you must erase this information completely prior to sending the item back to us. We will not save any information that was not provided to us.
    • Am I eligible for a refund?
      By default, we do not offer refunds for purchases or services that have been confirmed and agreed upon. In the event of exceptional circumstances, refunds may be granted on a case-by-case basis, and in the form of credits though the company is not obliged to offer a refund for any transaction. Due to the resources rendered to facilitate the refund, there may be a service fee or penalty fee imposed for the refund.
    • How is the refund done?
      Once you have returned your item, a refund will be issued in the form of credits. Most refunds are issued based on the payment method used at the time of purchase. It may take up to 10-15 business days.
